Job Description:**




+ Lead a team to meet and exceed budgeted tour flow and VPG through training, program refinement, process improvement, motivation, and strategic planning.

+ Recruit, Interview, train & retain talented CMAs.

+ Produce fair, consistent weekly CMA schedule.

+ Facilitate structured and consistent Training or all CMA's.

+ Track and administer consistent performance management.

+ Provide frequent feedback and written monthly CMA coaching notes.

+ Ensure marketing location is fully equipped with supplies and tools to drive CMA success.

+ Willing to act as an after shift duty phone manager.

+ Resolve Guest Issues and foster the Count on Me! experience for all.

+ Maintain and develop strong working relationship with sales leadership and representatives.

+ Tour reception and sales/marketing liaison.

+ Maintain accurate attendance record keeping.

+ Comply with Human Resource and company policies.

+ Self starter who likes to work independently.

+ Outstandingcommunication skills, previous supervisory experience.

+ History of reliability, dependability and effective follow through.

+ Outstanding attention to detail.



+ Timeshare experience

+ 2 years management or supervisory preferred or 2 years timeshare equivalent experience.

+ Must be able to work flexible schedule which includes a rotating combination of days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

+ Ability to deal with both customers and salespeople.

+ Ability to focus on details.

+ Ability to handle simultaneous situations.

+ Ability to handle departmental problems and situations.

+ Knowledgeable with commission payroll and understanding.

+ Must be proficient at Microsoft Office.

+ Must be able to work independently.

+ Must be able to interact with many other departments within the company.
